Red Chilli Powder

Red Chilli powder is commonly used in Indian cuisine to make foods spicier. Used it moderation it adds a lovely red glow and sharp flavor to dishes without making it unpalatable. Include in any pot of beans or with baked corn and casseroles. It can be used to make marinades for paneer or sliced vegetables.

Turmeric Powder

Turmeric is widely used in cooking and gives Indian curry its flavor and yellow color. It is also used in mustard and to color butter and cheese. Turmeric has been used in both Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine as an anti-inflammatory, to treat digestive and liver problems, skin diseases, and wounds.

Coriander Powder

Coriander powder adds a fresh pop of flavor to many spice blends, including garam masala, curry powder and taco seasoning. Garam Masala

Garam masala is a spice blend widely used in Indian cuisine, from curries and lentil dishes to soups. Whole spices of cinnamon, mace, peppercorns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and cardamon pods are toasted in a pan to release their aromatic flavors, then ground to a powder.
